I asked to return it within 5 minutes of receiving the package as I realised the size was wrong of the handle I bought. I sent an email asking about the best way to post back- no response. Now I’m out $80.

A total pleasure dealing with Reel Outfitters. I would recommend the extended tow bar tongue to those like myself whose standard towbar tongue is under the tray of the vehicle. The extended tongue allows easier hookup of my caravan, pig tipping trailer and box trailer. It also makes easier 3 point turns with my van as the tool boxes on the drawbar previously hinded the turning circle.
Anthony is great and helpful, he was able to clarify few questions. And it arrived promptly, and able adjust height to fit my camper trailer, and also length to fit my Rock Tamer.

Works well and as intended with a portable handheld shower head. Place the pump into a bucket of warm water. Great for a camping shower.
The product is almost perfect in my opinion but
The spooling arm is just not long enough witch let's the hole product down. For bigger egg beaters and alvey reels just not enough distances
Is a great product but the length of the handle is short for some of the bigger reels would be perfect if it was twice as long which in my opinion is the only downfall

Easy to fit and stops lateral movement of tow hitch tongue in receiver. However, does not stop longitudinal movement in hitch when towing. It needs a shim on the end of the shank to take up the slack and make the towing load go all on the hitch pin.
Hve fitted several of these handles to my reels, they are perfect fit and great feel, and very light, i highly recommend these handles as an upgrade 👌
Convenient to fit, adjust and remove as required to eliminate rattle.

It feels good in the hand but this time round I was missing a bearing
Only used once so far and apart from the knob falling off in the first 20 mins it performed very nice. Very light and smooth with a very good drag.
It’s so goog I’ve bought 3 already and I just purchased my fourth.
