I still haven't received my order from 26 days ago. I've emailed you guys and haven't had a reply since the 17th.
I've since got onto auspost and trying to sort it through them. Disappointing as this is the second reel I have bought through you.
Handle is fantastic but Tranx 200 retaining plate doesn’t work with the screw hole on the handle. Do you have a retaining plate and screw so I complete installation?

Awesome feel and control with the new handle. Just need to get onto some serious fish to test it out properly
The threads don’t go far enough into the reel to purchase properly. The threads only go in maybe one revolution which isn’t enough to stop the stud from popping out of the thread housing. First time using it fighting a fish the handle popped straight out and into the water. Very disappointed as this is a massive design flaw and an expensive product.
Used on a brand new saragosa 6000.
I ordered the reel handle which didnt work, ask to be replaced but no response from after sales service.
These things are so smooth they make average reels feel a million bucks.
This is an updated review of the next 400 & 300. I have had 2 300's and one 400. ALL these reels are faulty. It would appear the internal parts are not great. 2 locked up completely and the third became very hard to wind. The 300s lasted no more than 30mins.
The 400 lasted a few months.
I asked to return it within 5 minutes of receiving the package as I realised the size was wrong of the handle I bought. I sent an email asking about the best way to post back- no response. Now I’m out $80.

A total pleasure dealing with Reel Outfitters. I would recommend the extended tow bar tongue to those like myself whose standard towbar tongue is under the tray of the vehicle. The extended tongue allows easier hookup of my caravan, pig tipping trailer and box trailer. It also makes easier 3 point turns with my van as the tool boxes on the drawbar previously hinded the turning circle.
Anthony is great and helpful, he was able to clarify few questions. And it arrived promptly, and able adjust height to fit my camper trailer, and also length to fit my Rock Tamer.
