John Guest Speed Fit 12mm Equal Divider

The John Guest 12mm Equal Divider Fitting features the same great push-to-fit locking capabilities as the standard John Guest fittings. This fitting basically performs the same function as an equal tee, allowing you to alter or extend any system as needed by coming out with 2 separate branches from one mainline. This is particularly useful for adding another fixture under your sink or vanity where only one mainline is supplied. With the Y splitter, you can extend both tubes in the same direction as opposed to the T piece where the branch comes off the fitting in a different direction. If your install requires you to branch off the mainline to feed additional fixtures or have a bypass line, a combination of the traditional T piece and this Y Equal Divider is always good to have in your fittings box to be prepared for any plumbing task.

With three locking adapters in one Y configuration, you can use John Guest tubing to run air, water or other fluids from one location to two other locations simultaneously.

The 12mm Equal Divider Fitting also allows you to do quick connections and disconnections as required without the use of any tools. Securing the tubing is the same as any other John Guest fittings, simply push in till home allowing the stainless jaws to grip the pipe, and then pull the tubing to ensure that the tubing has been locked in correctly. We recommend the use of the red collet locking clips to ensure there are no accidental blow outs. You can find these in our store, just search for collet clips.
